Phipps Roofing
have spent 25 years working on roofs
of all descriptions, and can give an independent
report to our clients. We will set up ladders
and scaffolding where necessary to examine
the roof, chimney, ridges, hips, valleys,
flat roofs, gutterings, etc, and give a written
report on any problems found.
All our roof inspection surveys are carried
out by our professional roofers. Our roof
surveyors complete there own risk assessment
analysis & instal all the necessary safeguards
that are practically available to them to
ensure health and safety is maintained to
themselves and others during the work.
The roof survey covers all the areas of the roof including;
Chimneys, flashings, hips, gutters, valleys,
gullys, eaves, verges, under felts, abutments,
eaves, ridges. We'll also check your rain
water goods, check for moss and we'll even
inspect the attic spaces for possible water
damage.
The roof survey will normally not comment
on the structural integrity of the building
as this is the area of a Structural Engineer.
However, should a roof surveyor spot an obvious
structural defect such as lack of bracing
or an obvious roof sag, it will be brought
to the customers attention for further assessment. |
